I had a pleasant stay at the Shanghai Marriott Marquis City Centre, with modern and clean rooms and a fantastic location near Nanjing Road. However, my experience was overshadowed by some disappointing service, particularly during breakfast. While the gym was great and I enjoyed the variety of dining options, the overall service could use some improvement.
